Pre-Treatment of virgin metal sheets prior to coating and printing is designed to improve adhesion and remove the need for traditional energy intensive curing processes. Our plasma conveyor system (developed with Brasilata Labs) is designed to increase the surface energy of virgin tinplate sheets, improving the adhesion of UV coatings and eliminating the need for energy-intensive thermal ovens.
